Internet Sales Policy
One of our primary goals in the continued enhancement of our product line is to provide the best possible service and support to our diverse clients—the professionals that use our products on a daily basis. We rely on our partners to fulfill critical sales and service functions central to client satisfaction and continued success.
We believe Internet distribution of our product greatly reduces the benefit of having interaction with a healthcare professional. Some Internet resellers are not committed to the provisions of one-on-one service. Also, Internet distribution by some has had a negative impact on many of our partners, in making continued investments necessary to provide valuable, one-on-one service to their patients. We also believe that Internet price advertising detracts from the brand image Solutions4 is attempting to solidify with respect to our product line.
After careful review of data gathered from several sources, Solutions4 has decided to institute the following Policy related to Internet advertising and sales:
• Only Accounts with express written permission will be allowed to sell Solutions4 products on the Internet.
• Accounts with express written permission may only sell product via internet if the products and pricing are not viewable to the general public and only accessible behind a password protected website.
• Failure to comply with these terms will immediately void your ability to purchase additional product.
Solutions4 may at any time modify, suspend or discontinue this Policy, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
Solutions4 sales personnel have no authority to modify or grant exceptions to this policy. All questions regarding the interpretation of this Policy must be directed to Wallace Nelson, President, at 1-800-548-0569 ext. 108.
